Notes From The Heart

Words cannot explain,

The turbulence my heart holds,

Painful existence!

Scribbling my bitterness away,

Consolation I still seek.

  1. Beautifully written Richa! Sometimes words cannot explain but they can still heal the broken heart. The power of words remains. Words are ambiguous, they can be used to achieve rhetorical purposes but also to heal, and to recover from harshness.

    1. Thank you so much sweetie.. You are so right!❤

This reminded me of a quote that I’d read once –
“There exists, for everyone, a sentence – a series of words – that has the power to destroy you. Another sentence exists, another series of words, that could heal you. If you’re lucky you will get the second, but you can be certain of getting the first.”
      ― Philip K. Dick, VALIS
