Happy Happy New Year everyone!

Year 2020 is here! A brand new year and a sparkling new set of dreams, aspirations and resolutions! Yes y’all, it’s that time of year again – The time, when we feel the need to turn over a new leaf and become a new, evolved us! It’s time for us all to reflect on our past year’s doings and promise to make positive lifestyle changes. *Yay*

Whether one has a list of actual resolutions, or like me, you are just vowing to set a few daily objectives – the point (and the main mission) of it all – is to accomplish these little or big goals and make amends (right?) and to do it effectively (without losing out on efforts and motivation), here’s my personal list of – HOW TO KEEP YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION info-graphically (and I really really hope it helps y’all as it did help me) –
