ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

Every Thursday, I will pick up a “prompt word” to be acted upon by y’all. You are free to go wild with your imagination and interpret the “prompt” in any way that you like – photo, prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, quotes, articles or drawing/painting – whatever works for you!
In short, it’s all about you being the BOSS and choosing the best way possible to express and depict your understanding of the prompt and go berserk!

TOPIC FOR TODAY : MELODY

Here’s my take on it –

“Life is not a battle to win but a melody to sing.”
Amit Ray

“Melody perfected was a song in itself – a ballad between notes that held all notes together. It was emotion unfurled and impeccably orchestrated, and if it did its job right, it would have no sense of itself. Melody became the story; its song and the singer, one force.”
― Dianna Hardy, Blood Shadow

“Words are weapons stronger than he knows. And songs are even greater. The words wake the mind. The melody wakes the heart.”
― Pierce Brown, Red Rising

“You are the poem rising through me. You are the melody escaping my lips. Could this be you—another me?”
― Jayita Bhattacharjee

“Who are you? A noise or a melody? Or may be you are a silence! If you are a silence, then you will be discovered only by the silent one!”
― Mehmet Murat ildan

So there you have it folks – my cognition of the word MELODY.

Well y’all, what do you translate MELODY as? Does it remind you of a song that sways you? Or does MELODY evoke your obscure memories? Hit me up and share!
